Inovasi Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak Berbasis Karakter Peserta Didik Dalam Membentuk Akhlak Mulia Di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

Abstract

This study explains the importance of learning akidah and akhlak in shaping students' character. Character building is done through teaching methods that match the students' characteristics, encouraging good behavior, providing examples, advice, and motivation from the teacher. The aim of this study is to describe the strategies teachers use to improve students' understanding and foster politeness and noble behavior in elementary schools or madrasah ibtidaiyah. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results show that teaching akidah akhlak will be more effective if teachers understand the differences in character, abilities, and learning styles of each student. Therefore, learning akidah akhlak is not only aimed at increasing knowledge but also at shaping students' attitudes and behavior so they become faithful, devout, and morally good individuals.
