About the Journal

Journal of Innovative Islamic Education Management (JIIEM) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing knowledge, theory, and best practices in the management of Islamic educational institutions. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders to explore innovative ideas, empirical findings, and transformative strategies that enhance the quality, governance, and sustainability of Islamic education in contemporary contexts.

JIIEM welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, case studies, systematic reviews, and innovative practice-based reports addressing key topics in Islamic education management, including leadership, quality assurance, curriculum development, strategic planning, human resource management, technology integration, institutional culture, community engagement, and policy analysis. Submissions are expected to be grounded in established theories, supported by rigorous methodology, and provide meaningful implications for improving managerial practices in madrasahs, pesantren, Islamic schools, and higher education institutions.

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic integrity and publication quality. JIIEM is published twice a year, in June and December, and accepts manuscripts in both English and Indonesian. The journal is committed to fostering scholarly dialogue, promoting high-quality research, and contributing to the global development of Islamic education through scientific, relevant, and up-to-date studies.
