Author Guideline
The author must submit the manuscript online by first registering as an author on the journal website: https://journal.agrapanamedia.org/index.php/samara-insani/user/register
For every submitted article, authors are required to follow the terms and conditions in accordance with the Style Guide of SAMARA INSANI: Indonesian Journal of Islamic Family Law.

General Provisions
- The manuscript is an original work, free from plagiarism, with a similarity index of less than 25% as checked by an internet-based plagiarism detection service.
- The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal.
- The manuscript is typed using 1.15 spacing on A4 paper, Cambria font size 12, with margins of 2,5 cm on all sides.
- The manuscript uses a single-column layout.
- The manuscript is written in English or Indonesian following standard academic writing conventions.
- The manuscript must be approved by all co-authors and relevant authorities (e.g., institution or sponsor).
- Authors are required to use the journal template provided.
- The manuscript does not exceed 4,500 words, including references (excluding tables, figures, and appendices).
- The file size must not exceed 6 MB and should be in .docx format.
Systematic Writing of Original Article Title
- The title must be clear, concise, informative, and specific.
- Author names are written without academic degrees and must include affiliation details (department, faculty, institution, city, and country).
- The corresponding author’s details are placed in the footer, including name, affiliation, full address, and email.
Abstract
- The abstract is written in both English and Indonesian.
- The abstract consists of 150–300 words describing objectives, methods, main findings, and conclusions, without references.
- Keywords (3–5) are written in English and Indonesian, arranged alphabetically, and separated by semicolons.
- Avoid overly general, lengthy, or repetitive terms.
- Do not repeat words already used in the title.
Introduction
- In the background section, the author needs to outline the research context by explaining the issues being studied based on relevant empirical data or facts and supported by a clear conceptual framework.
- Presenting a summary of previous research related to the research topic as a basis for understanding the position of the study being conducted.
- Explaining the research gap or the novelty element that distinguishes this study from previous research.
- Describing the research objectives that are intended to be achieved clearly and purposefully.
Methods
- Describes research design and methods used to achieve the research objectives.
- Explains data collection techniques, including participants, instruments, validity, and reliability.
- Describes data analysis techniques.
- Includes research location, time, and duration.
Results and Discussion
- Presents results clearly and systematically.
- Figures and images must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi in JPEG format.
- Results are presented objectively, while interpretation and comparison with previous studies are included in the discussion.
- The discussion highlights new insights and contributions to early childhood education theory and practice.
- All tables and figures must be cited and integrated into the analysis.
Conclusion
- Summarizes key findings and interpretations.
- Highlights implications for theory and practice in early childhood education.
- Provides recommendations for future research.
Acknowledgment
- Acknowledges individuals or institutions that contributed to the research.
- Includes a declaration of conflict of interest, if any.
- States funding sources where applicable.
- If no funding was received, include the statement: “This study did not receive specific grants from any funding agencies.”
References
- References follow APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition style.
- References are listed alphabetically.
- Only cited works are included.
- Authors are responsible for reference accuracy.
- URLs are provided where available.
- References should range between 15–40 sources, with at least 75% from recent journal articles (last 5 years).
- Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote.
Ethical Code and Regulation
- Authors must ensure compliance with ethical standards in early childhood education research.
- Consent must be obtained for the use of any participant data, images, or information.
- After acceptance, authors may be required to submit an ethical statement if applicable.

- The manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
- The manuscript is original and free from plagiarism.
- The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
